We make every effort to ensure that you are receiving the most competitive rates available. Shipping charges are calculated based on the actual weight, distance traveled and type of shipping service you specify. Items marked FREE SHIPPING on the product page will ship for free.

All shipments are F.O.B. shipping point. Shipping method is determined by the size and weight of each item. Items of differing size and weight may ship independently, by different methods, even if ordered together. Smaller items can ship UPS, but larger and heavier items are shipped F.O.B via truck at common carrier rates.

Truck Delivery is different than standard UPS, FedEx, or US Mail in two ways:
1. Once your merchandise arrives at the delivery agent’s pick-up location, he/she will call you to set up a delivery appointment. Most truck delivery companies offer appointment windows (usually 2-4 hours) between 8:00am and 5:00pm EST, Monday through Friday.
2. The products will be delivered to the driveway or curb outside of the delivery address provided upon purchase. It is the customers responsibility to transport the product(s) inside, however several truck freight companies offer additional services to help move merchandise from the truck into your home or office. At the time your merchandise leaves the warehouse, we will email you the tracking information and you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional shipping services. In this event, it is your responsibility to directly pay the truck delivery carrier for any additional services.
Inside Delivery service is available, however additional charges will be assessed and you may still need to assist driver with products that are extremely large or heavy. Inside delivery service is first floor delivery only; the driver will not bring items upstairs or beyond the first set of doors.

Unless otherwise stated, freight and shipping fees will be charged for shipments to anywhere in the contiguous United States, using a carrier of our choice. Other terms apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and export orders. Any extra charges incurred for additional services, such as customer's carrier or special handling by the carrier, must be paid by the consignee. Items backordered from an order qualifying for prepaid shipping charges will be shipped prepaid. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier.
