A uniquely practical solution for space, sound and heat loss control, Woodfold's Series 3300 acoustic room partition is a smart alternative to similar, but much more expensive options. Perimeter-sealed, acoustic-lined and incorporating Woodfold's exclusive heavy duty hardware system, this dual-walled partition functions beautifully in offices, churches, restaurants and hotel meeting spaces, anywhere needing moderate sound control. Series 3300 doors are available in a variety of handsome hardwood and Vinyl-Lam finishes, even alternate finish materials on each door face.

• Panels: 4-1/4” wide by 1/4” thick; available in Vinyl-Lam and hardwood veneer faces front and back. NOTE:  This is a sound rated wall which consists of 2 single walls assembled as one (double thickness).  The profile on this wall is 12-1/4” when manufactured. See Shop Drawing Download at bottom of this page for additional details.
• Panel Connectors: Flexible vinyl, color-coordinated to panel selection
• Track: 2-7/16" W x 1-3/4" H aluminum, clear finish; heavy-duty aluminum ceiling guard with separate track available
• Sound Seal: Dual-wall doors with internal sound-absorbent material,flexible vinyl sweep strips mounted on top and bottom of the door; wood molding mounted on both sides of the track forming 11-5/8" wide sweep surface
• Wheels: 1-1/8" nylon wheels with ball bearings on steel axle
• Lead Post: 2-7/8" x 4-1/2” heavy-duty aluminum, color-coordinated to panel connectors,
• Jamb Molding: 2-1/8" wide by 15/16" deep aluminum

*Field Sound Transmission Class: The dual-walled Series 3300 Acoustical Partition has a field sound transmission class rating of (FSTC) 33. Field tests were performed by Bruck, Richards & Chaudiere, Inc. of Seattle, Washington following the procedures specified in ASTM designation E 336-90.

Hardwood Finishes

Woodfold’s hardwoods represent the most popular natural hardwood species used today. We insist on select grade veneers laminated to an engineered core to ensure excellent dimensional stability. Clear finish is standard, however custom stain finish service is always available. We simply ask that you supply physical color samples for matching.

How To Measure Your Door

Width of Door - Measure the width at the bottom, halfway up and at the top of the door and use the widest dimension you have. NOTE:  IF THE WIDEST DIMENSION IS AT THE BOTTOM OR CENTER YOU MAY HAVE TO TRIM THE SUSPENSION TRACK TO FIT YOUR OPENING AT THE TOP OF THE DOOR AS TRACK LENGTHS ARE MADE TO THE ORDERING WIDTH. This can be done with a hacksaw.

Height of Door - Measure from the top of the finished floor to the point where you are going to attach the track. Measure at 3 different points across the width of the opening and use the tightest dimension you have. Note: If this dimension differs more than 1/2" across the opening call to discuss how to arrive at an acceptable dimension.

All item(s) are custom made to order, it takes 24-48 hours for order processing, manufacturing time is 10 working days (2 weeks including weekends), lead times are subject to change without notice. Please allow 7-10 days for item(s) to arrive once shipped, we will advise tracking numbers as soon as the item(s) leave the manufacturing facility. This results in approximately 3 1/2 to 4 weeks until you receive your order. If items are custom stained or painted extended lead times are required, usually an additional 2 weeks after approval of submitted samples.

Free Shipping in the Continental United States. All over weight or large accordion doors are shipped via common carrier and are TAILGATE DELIVERY. This means that that the trucker will arrive in a large over the road truck and bring the crate to the tail end of his truck, it is your responsibility to remove the item from his truck.

Custom made products such as accordion doors, elevator doors, roll-up doors and shutters are custom-made to size and manufactured to your specifications. No refunds or exchanges are possible. Orders placed with standard lead-times allow 3 business days for changes to be made by contacting the manufacturer.

Orders that require custom material, logos or paints/stains cannot be cancelled or changed after ordered.

Rush orders cannot be changed or cancelled after the next business day. Once your acknowledgement is received with a ship date there are no returns.
